Three of the same family died due to electric shock

An incident in Shahunagar of Belagavi district in which three people from the same family died due to electric shock.

Erappa Rathod, Shanthava Rathod, 9-year-old Annapoorna Rathod are unfortunate dead. The deceased is a native of Arabenchi Tanda of Ramadurga Taluk.

An incident took place in a house under construction at Shahunagar 7th Cross, Belgaum. When a coil was installed to heat water in the house, the granddaughter was electrocuted. The grandfather and grandmother went to save the granddaughter. This time they were also electrocuted and all three died on the spot. The grief of the family is over.

Minister Lakshmi Hebbalkar also visited the place of the incident and offered condolences to the families of the deceased and promised compensation to the family of the deceased.
